Research results

As a national technology innovation demonstration enterprise, a national excellent enterprise with intellectual property advantages, a hi-tech enterprise, and a production-teaching-research-application integrated enterprise, ALG has set up multiple R & D and innovation platforms, including an international technology cooperation base, a post-doctoral workstation, a key laboratory on aluminium materials and aluminium processing, an academician workstation, a national and local joint engineering research center on aluminum alloy new materials for automotive and an aluminum alloy engineering technology research center for rail transit.

In recent years, ALG has: undertaken more than 100 research projects of various levels, including 16 national projects and 50 provincial-level projects; applied for 177 patents and gained 102 patents authorization, including 54 invention patents, 34 utility model patents, and 14 appearance design patents; published more than 100 theses on core journals; participated in the compiling of 1 industry standard and 3 local standards.

With years of technological innovation, ALG has won China Outstanding Patent Award, First Prize on the New Material Industry Exhibition of China International Industry Fair (CIIF), 4 First Prize and 3 Second Prize of Science and Technology Progress Award, Second Prize and Third Prize of Science and Technology Invention Award, First Prize of Outstanding New Product Achievement Award, and Technological Innovation Benchmarking Enterprise Award. Its 9 products won the title of Famous Brand Product and 12 products have passed the new product certification.

ALG keeps providing support to the extensive exchanges and cooperation between technicians and encouraging them to participate in various scientific and technological exchange activities. Technicians from ALG have won Bronze Medal in the 2nd China Military-Civilian Technology Innovation and Application Competition, First Prize of National Enterprise Innovation Method Competition which was held by China Association for Science and Technology, and Second Prize of 2017 Guangxi Industrial Innovation Contest.

Research team

ALG has established the Research Institute of Aluminum Alloy New Materials and Applications for Aviation transportation, which gathers a large number of high-level leading talents in aluminum processing industry, and has a high-level RESEARCH and development, support and management team including academicians from both countries and more than 100 doctoral and master's degrees. Our research direction covers materials science, pressure processing, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering and technology, etc., and we are an excellent team of innovative talents with complete disciplines and reasonable professional structure.

高校型材模具专业建设指导专家,荣获全国技术能手、广西技术能手、南宁技术能手等17项荣誉称号;“齐林技能大师工作室”获得区立项建设。
陈秋林

参与南宁市重大科技项目1项,荣获区、市科技进步一等奖共2项,授权发明专利2项。
