1. Complaint or report about the violation of state laws and regulations, Party or political disciplines, or company rules by any Party organization, Party member and subject of supervision.
2. Appeals about the punishment to any Party organization, Party members and supervisory subjects, for violation of disciplines which was handled by Discipline Inspection and Supervision Organizations in accordance with the law.
3. Opinions and suggestions about the Party's clean governance and anti-corruption work.
1.The reporter shall be responsible for the authenticity of the complaint. Those who provide fabricated information and make false charges shall be handled seriously in accordance with relevant provisions; those who are suspected of committing crimes shall be transferred to the judicial organs.
