Selection

First interview
Candidates are requested to participate in the preliminary interview at the notified time and place, with their own transcripts and copies of relevant certification documents.

Assessment & second interview
Candidates who passed the first interview shall be requested to participate in the personality assessment and a second interview by leader of the recruiting team.

Offer letter
The recruitment team sends the job offer letter (by phone/SMS) to the qualified candidates.
